Pure Protein is an innovative new animal feed produced by the harvesting and drying the larvae of the Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia Illucens). The larvae enter the drying phase of the process coming from a wash to remove residual feed and need to be dried before packaging and storage. The moisture content of Black Solider Fly Larva is 60%~70%, and the dried the BSFL is under 10%.
HLTD Industrial Microwave not only dry but also reduce the Total Plate Count including E-coli, coliform and staphylococcus. Microwave pasteurization is main advantage over than traditional dryer. Microwave sterilization function ensures the animal feed material hygiene standard.
