Microwave drying wood introduction
Microwave drying because of the unique advantages of microwave, drying speed is very fast. If increase microwave power, drying speed will be faster, but must take the appropriate reasonable process, otherwise, although its drying speed is subsequently accelerated, but because of the sharp rise in internal temperature of wood, moisture vaporization, pressure surge, more than wood fiber allowed degree, causing cracking.
Microwave drying wood features
Wood microwave dryers are highly efficient in drying wood. The wood heated by microwaves will evaporate further as the cooling process progresses. Therefore, proper heating and drying after cooling can improve the drying effect.
